How is this support different from that of a traditional consulting firm?
Marc Amerigo doesn’t bring a team or a set methodology. He brings a direct, personal, and lasting relationship with the CEO and their executive committee. His credibility comes from real-world experience: 30 years of critical industrial projects, 9 world records, 14 patents, and lectures at the Executive Master’s program at Polytechnique. He doesn’t dictate—he co-creates, on a weekly basis, with the responsiveness that large firms cannot offer.
Are optional services (conferences, workshops, masterclasses) included in the support package?
No. The support package covers regular one-on-one meetings and participation in Executive Committee discussions. Engagements with employees (lectures, workshops, masterclasses, one-day seminars) are subject to separate packages, which are flexible based on needs and come with no minimum volume commitment. This is a complementary service model, activated according to current strategic priorities.
What is the minimum commitment period?
Executive strategic support is offered over a rolling 12-month period, with a 3-month launch phase at a preferential rate. This duration is the minimum required to build a deep relationship of trust and measure a real impact on team cohesion and collective performance. Shorter formats may be considered for specific one-off assignments—to be discussed depending on the context.
