Universal Responsibility is all about living a balanced life with ourselves, with the others and with our environment.

Their personal feelings on screen just after our opening #keynote talk were breathtaking. And the impact of the top executives on Day2 has been so powerful and disruptive!!!

The final talks main stage of their charismatic leader has been so cristal clear too about aiming Trust, UltraPerformance and TRIBE. WOW! ?

As I could tell during the keynote: the first major companies that will implement this deep human approach will take or keep the lead sustainably.

Notre nouvelle conférence porte sur la combinaison puissante et gagnante “UltraPerformance par l’épanouissement humain & Responsabilité Universelle”. Nous explorons notre voie dans ce monde “corporate” suffocant où nous sommes supposés nous comporter comme des machines, ne montrant aucune émotion! ?

Et si ce chemin appelé #UltraPerformance était accessible ! Pouvoir obtenir des résultats exceptionnels combinés avec la plus riche expérience humaine parmi notre # tribu

(sentir #confiance, #joie, #bonheur, #appartenance, #sens …) … même si l’environnement ressemble au #chaos …

La notion de Responsabilité Universelle porte sur l’équilibre de notre relation à nous-même, aux autres et au monde. 

Leurs sentiments personnels juste après notre discours d’ouverture #keynote étaient à couper le souffle. Et l’impact des dirigeants au Jour 2 a été si puissant et disruptif !!!

Les synthèses de leur leader charismatique a été tout aussi limpide : Confiance, UltraPerformance et Tribu sont leurs axes forts. WAHOU! ?

Comme j’ai pu l’exprimer pendant la conférence : les premières grandes entreprises qui appliqueront cette approche humaine profonde prendront le leadership ou le conserveront de manière durable.
