ZEPHIR PROJECT and BPCE-SI partners
BPCE Solutions Informatiques becomes a GOLD partner of ZEPHIR PROJECT!
BPCE Solutions informatiques and Zephir Project: an unusual digital journey towards new eco-responsible world records!
As we announced at the very beginning of 2024, an incredible collaboration has begun between our teams! Now it’s time to manage resources and optimize results, using new data as well as old.
Focus on a partnership at the crossroads of wind and data
Five BPCE-SI employees (Alain, Benjamin, Franck and their young recruits Phuong and Lamiae) have embarked on an off-the-beaten-track human and technological adventure alongside the Zephir team.
Their work is already underway, with Marc Amerigo driving the engineering and Antoine Albeau, 26-times world windsurfing champion, contributing his science and sensations.
Our deal between ZEPHIR PROJECT and BPCE-SI?
- Contribute to new digital solutions, to reconcile high-performance sailing with eco-responsibility, by developing low-carbon footprint equipment.
- And make Antoine part of the history of world sport once again.
The BPCE-SI team of data scientists is working on a revolutionary algorithm to predict speed according to multiple factors, with the ambitious aim of optimizing performance in an unprecedented way.
What’s next?
The next test sessions promise to be exciting, and the data collected will be used to optimize the aptly named “V1 engine”.
Beyond the ambition to break new world records, this partnership reflects our shared values. Indeed, it perfectly illustrates BPCE-SI’s commitment to CSR and eco-responsible values.
BPCE-SI employees can look forward to days of sea trials and total immersion. They will be able to follow Antoine Albeau on the water at high speed with Team Zephir. They will also take part in briefings and debriefs.
You’ll be able to go behind the scenes and follow the concrete progress of this key part of the project.
Never before seen!
A huge thank you for your support!
